The best way to think of it is to imagine turning the nipple of the spoke with a screwdriver inside the rim/tire. It turns clockwise to tighten in, and counter-clockwise to loosen it. Use your spoke wrench on the nipple, but always reference your direction from the tire side.

I can’t quite see what it is in your picture. You can find the BCD on the chain ring, and the crank length on the crank arm. Assuming you want to use the same chainrings and you like the length of the crank arm.
