BIKE TECH EDITOR

The Bike Tech Editor will complete articles related to new and popular cycling gear, bikes, and accessories. A working knowledge of the cycling industry is a definite plus as is the ability to read press releases and turn them into unique articles.

The Bike Tech Editor will write approximately 2-4 articles per week, test gear, and complete product reviews in a timely manner, and may visit trade shows with press credentials.

Qualifications: 

  • Working knowledge of WordPress CMS preferred, but not required
  • Ability to follow and learn from instruction given by the overseeing Chief Editor
  • Knack with photography a definite plus
  • Ability to meet deadlines with little oversight
  • Strong writing skills and the capacity to match voice consistently

CONTRIBUTING WRITER

Contributing Writers will complete informative, how-to style articles that will appeal to cyclists of all skill levels. A working understanding of bikes and training a definite plus.

Contributing writers will complete at least one article per week that matches our voice consistently. Other forms of informative material work well too including video, podcast, and infographics. Funny content is always encouraged.
